The Growth tier includes a GDPR Article 28 DPA as standard — this is the agreement your DPO or Works Council will require before approving deployment. Enterprise tier includes a custom DPA with SLA. Starter tier does not include a formal DPA; if your organisation has a DPO, a compliance review process, or operates under Works Council oversight, start with Growth.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
You can request full data deletion at any time. We complete deletion within 30 days in compliance with GDPR Article 17. You'll receive a deletion confirmation.
