From operational noise to decisive action
Three continuously monitored signals. One output format that actually tells you what to change.
Three signals. Continuous monitoring.
Most analytics tools give you a weekly summary. TeamVyne monitors your team's operational signals in near real-time, detecting friction patterns as they emerge — not after the sprint review.
- Meeting Load Index — measured hourly against burnout thresholds
- Context-Switch Frequency — tracked per person, per day
- Handoff Gap Score — derived from collaboration metadata, not surveys
- Composite friction score updated every 24 hours
The Friction Map
A live network topology of your organisation, coloured by friction intensity. See which team connections carry the most invisible cost.
The Three Actions™ output format
We don't give you a 40-page report. We give you three numbered actions, ordered by impact, with a measurable success metric attached to each one. Your next leadership meeting has a concrete agenda.
Eliminate 2 recurring cross-team syncs. Expected: −18% meeting hours for Product.
Merge Design review cycles. Expected: −11% context switches for Engineering.
Introduce async handoff docs between GTM and Engineering. Expected: +3.2 NPS points.

Built with privacy at the architecture level
TeamVyne is not a surveillance tool. We do not profile individual employees, score individual performance, or produce any output that can be used to discipline or manage individual people. We are a team-level instrument, and that boundary is architectural — not configurable.
No content access
We never read message content, email bodies, or document contents. Only metadata patterns.
Team-level aggregation only
All friction scores are computed at team level — minimum group size of 5 before any signal is surfaced. We do not produce individual employee rankings, individual meeting-load profiles, or any output that could be used as a performance metric for a specific person. This is a design constraint, not a settings option.
EU data residency
Data processed and stored in EU data centres. GDPR Article 28 DPA included in all tiers.
Right to erasure
Full data deletion completed within 30 days of request, with written confirmation. Raw event-level data is deleted automatically after the 14-day processing window regardless; only aggregated team-level metrics are retained. Designed with GDPR Article 17 controls throughout.
